SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Fitness is always better with a partner. Our semi-private personal training sessions—also known as buddy training—are perfect for friends, family members, or co-workers who want to stay accountable and push each other toward their goals. You’ll still get personalized attention and expertly designed workouts focused on strength training, muscle building, and fat loss, but with the added motivation and energy of a shared session. Don’t have a workout partner? No problem. You can join one of our small group fitness sessions held at assigned times throughout the week and train alongside other goal-driven individuals who bring the same energy and focus. Each session blends functional training, mobility work, and conditioning to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting results. YOUTH TRAINING

LARGE GROUP OUTDOOR
If you thrive in a high-energy, community-driven environment, our Large Group Outdoor Training sessions are exactly what you need. These outdoor group fitness classes combine the power of teamwork with expert strength and conditioning coaching to deliver the ultimate fat-burning, muscle-building workout—all while having a blast. We train outdoors in Arcadia, CA, often under the lights at the Arcadia High School football field, twice a week at 7 PM. Every session is packed with functional training, cardio intervals, and total-body strength work designed to challenge every fitness level.
